Myron Bowling Auctioneers makes every attempt to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, it is possible that a mistake may occur. Please inspect before you bid. Remember, everything will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied. Occasionally, additional information regarding any and all items being sold may come to light during the auction and take precedence.

REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE ONLY
You must be registered and approved prior to the start of the auction in order to bid online. Register for the auction at www.bidspotter.com. A deposit of 25% of your anticipated purchases must be received by Myron Bowling Auctioneers 24 hours prior to the auction start time to become an approved bidder. Call our office for wire transfer instructions or mail a check to Myron Bowling Auctioneers, Inc., PO Box 369, Ross, Ohio 45061. For overnight delivery: 3901 Kraus Lane, Hamilton, Ohio 45014

PAYMENT & TAXES FOR ONLINE
Buyers have 3 options regarding payment for items purchased: cash, company check or wire transfer, NO CREDIT CARDS. An invoice will be emailed to you after completion of the auction showing the balance due. Items cannot be removed until the invoice is paid in full. We will automatically add local sales tax to your invoice. If you are exempt from the local sales tax, call our office to get the correct sales tax exemption form. Tax will not be removed until our office has received the signed, completed exemption certificate.

REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

RIGGING & REMOVAL
RIGGING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Anyone, either a buyer or rigger, who uses a powered vehicle to remove anything from the auction site, will need a certificate of insurance. All removal activity must be in accordance with OSHA guidelines and safety standards. Call our office for approved riggers and removal dates if it isn’t already posted to our website. REMOVAL MAY NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE AUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN MADE.
